premise of this application is to change your android device's
wallpaper at a set interval, either sequentially or randomizing picture
order without horribly consuming your battery life. Modeling Google's
new Holo user interface, wRotatr is easy to navigate and fast for users
to get around without becoming overwhelmed by the awesomeness.But what makes wRotatr special?

* Wallpaper service. This fixes a lot of the current issues with the application
* Extended available memory for the application (better quality for wallpapers)
* Scheduled service. wRotatr will start/stop on specific hours of the day!
* Increased UI performance (thumbnails are loaded faster)
* First tour option in settings
NOTE: To remove the notification tap and hold it, press App info, and untick "Show notifications"
